30-Day Returns Changed your mind? You can return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK customers) If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK consumer law. Our 30-day return window applies in addition to this right.

How to Start a Return Email us at robsonbsecundaria@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Return Shipping Unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you within 14 days to the original payment method.

Sale Items Items purchased during our Final Edit sale can be returned under this same policy.

Items We Can't Accept Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at robsonbsecundaria@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
